Carrie’s passion for people development combined with her leadership experience in the Travel industry has positioned her as a go-to for individuals, teams and companies.

Prior to joining A23 Advisors, Carrie had a successful career in leadership roles for Sales and Account Management teams at companies like Google, Sabre Hospitality, and Travelocity.  Working across all sub-verticals and with some of the Travel industries largest brands like American Airlines, Carnival, Dollar Thrifty, IHG, and Kimpton Hotels, she and her teams built strong advertising and merchant relationships that drove mutually beneficial results for all parties involved.
After 17 years in Travel and in 2015, she followed her passion and started coaching individuals and provided thought partnership regarding career goals, leadership skills, sales techniques, and organizational development to owners and leaders of small businesses.  She branded and launched CareerFrame in 2016 and grew her company 150% in the first year inclusive of her first global company engagement in the Consumer Goods industry.
Since March 2016, she has immersed herself in understanding and using the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment as a pinnacle of her coaching techniques.  She has coached over 100 individuals on how to play to their strengths to ensure success and has implemented a StrengthsFinder culture for her largest client across their Dallas-based headquarters.  A career of amazing experience with incredible brands and dynamic people has led Carrie to her very strong passion towards developing others and supporting businesses with investing in human capital performance and engagement.
Carrie has her Bachelors in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.  She resides in Dallas, Texas with her Travel-tech husband Andres and their two kids Lucas and Lillian.
