She's moved the needle for established brands including Oracle, HP, Mazda, DreamWorks, Macy's, Better Homes & Gardens and Martha Stewart Living, and for many promising new startups.

SNEHA JHAVERI - Principal, Commercial Development Practice

Sneha brings 15+ years of executive leadership experience in business development, account management and strategic partnerships.  She has worked as a partner with clients such as American Airlines, Jetblue, LATAM Airlines, Norwegian Airlines, Starwood, Hilton Hotels, Neiman Marcus, JPMorgan Chase, Visa, American Express and Starbucks. 

 
  CARRIE FABRIS -  Principal, Human Capital Management Practice  Prior to joining A23 Advisors, Carrie had a successful career in leadership roles for Sales and Account Management teams at companies like Google, Sabre Hospitality, and Travelocity.  Working across all sub-verticals and with some of the Travel industries largest brands like American Airlines, Carnival, Dollar Thrifty, IHG, and Kimpton Hotels, she and her teams built strong advertising and merchant relationships that drove mutually beneficial results for all parties involved.

Jess’ expertise is evident when leading strategic planning and marketing programs across digital, traditional, mobile and social platforms.  She began her career with world-renowned brands like LVMH, Calvin Klein, Saks Inc., Shiseido and Vera Wang. She then moved agency side to manage the MIT, Fidelity Investments, ANA, Continental Airlines, Emirates Airlines and Coca-Cola accounts.
