  SNEHA JHAVERI -  Principal,   Commercial Development Practice  Sneha brings 15+ years of executive leadership experience in business development, account management and strategic partnerships. She has worked as a partner with clients such as American Airlines, Jetblue, LATAM Airlines, Norwegian Airlines, Starwood, Hilton Hotels, Neiman Marcus, JPMorgan Chase, Visa, American Express and Starbucks.

Sneha brings 15+ years of executive leadership experience in business development, account management and strategic partnerships. She has worked as a partner with clients such as American Airlines, Jetblue, LATAM Airlines, Norwegian Airlines, Starwood, Hilton Hotels, Neiman Marcus, JPMorgan Chase, Visa, American Express and Starbucks.

  CARRIE FABRIS -  Principal, Human Capital Management Practice  Prior to joining A23 Advisors, Carrie had a successful career in leadership roles for Sales and Account Management teams at companies like Google, Sabre Hospitality, and Travelocity. Working across all sub-verticals and with some of the Travel industries largest brands like American Airlines, Carnival, Dollar Thrifty, IHG, and Kimpton Hotels, she and her teams built strong advertising and merchant relationships that drove mutually beneficial results for all parties involved.

CARRIE FABRIS - Principal, Human Capital Management Practice

Prior to joining A23 Advisors, Carrie had a successful career in leadership roles for Sales and Account Management teams at companies like Google, Sabre Hospitality, and Travelocity. Working across all sub-verticals and with some of the Travel industries largest brands like American Airlines, Carnival, Dollar Thrifty, IHG, and Kimpton Hotels, she and her teams built strong advertising and merchant relationships that drove mutually beneficial results for all parties involved.

She began her career as a hands-on Creative Director and UI/UX'er creating innovative, award-winning experiences for companies like Apple, Lucas Arts, Disney, Scientific Learning and The Annenberg Institute. As an entrepreneur, she has co-founded multiple companies including mEgo.com, an internationally popular avatar-based portable profile that grew to millions of users and successful partnerships with global brands including Adidas and the NBA.

Veronica brings 10+ years of global experience in business strategy and operations, business development & strategic partnerships, and new market entry and innovation, successfully building collaborative high impact relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing growth initiatives, working with start-ups and corporates alike. She has worked as a partner with clients such as Starwood, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, AMEX GBT, Upside, Fendi, and LinkedIn.

  CADY WOLF  - Founder / CEO  Prior to founding A23 Advisors, Cady was Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Account Management at Switchfly, a B2B SaaS technology company with global partners in the Travel, Loyalty, and Financial Service industries. She gained experience in the B2C space as Vice President of Partner Marketing for North America at Travelocity where she was responsible for managing the supplier relationships and media sales partnerships for Travelocity’s North American business. Cady’s vast client experience includes working with hundreds of top tier brands in dozens of countries.

CADY WOLF - Founder / CEO
